College parties being busted. What will happen to me?

Well i just got into college and im working my *** off constantly through out the week and then i like to go to frat parties on the weekend. Ive been to a few that got busted by cops but they just let the kids go. What happens if they give underages out(or does that nvr happen)????? I want to go to med school so if they did would that prevent me from going? any info would be appreciated.
