Did the unraveling of Hilary's campaign also unravel Bill's side deals?

When the Clintons left office they were in debt up to their eye. Now they are multi-millionaires. Bill has been peddling influence and making big bucks off it in recent years. I think Bill's sour disposition now is because he sees his future peddling opportunity vastly diminished with the demise of Hilary's presidential prospects.
