HELP! Black Mold found in our home... will insurance cover any part of removing it?! (details)....?

My family and i were always getting sick and have had bad allergies in this home we have had for several years. We figured its just bad allergies, but we decided to do a mold test. Well we put the kit in the basement and it came back positive.. with having a considerate amount of mold in the air! We figured since its an older home we cleaned the basement all down with bleach (thinking maybe the basement was just dirty).. waited a couple weeks.. and tested again. It was still positive with a considerate amount of mold... we decided to look further into it and my husband busted up part of the block foundation in the basement that was painted.. there was gaps in it will black mold all in the crevices and all under the painted block. (We ume the previous homeowners just painted over it to cover it up to be sold) Well, NOW what do we do.. we do not have the money to remove or even drywall and cover up all the block and seal it off... will insurance do anything about this!? or are we just screwed and going to remain sick all the time?? We run dehumidifiers down there to help dry it out, but we also live in a wet and damp climate area... plus the dehumidifiers are not helping with us upstairs and have caused many other issues with our skin and dry air upstairs.
