How can I get my dog used to water?

Spend time with the dog in the water show her its FUN and everythings OK! give her treats,make her feel happy and comfortable!!!!! Both of you try and have a ball and praise her.might have force her a lil on a leash.....try having fun with her a few times a day maybe 15-20mins at a time not to tramatize her tho!
