Losing Weight. Stomach, Thighs, Upper Arms...?

You need to talk to a doctor about that. You can do Yoga and Pilates, they are less strenuous and are used to tone muscle. But I would talk to your doctor before starting any exercise because of your severe asthma. Depending on what Yoga you shouldn't get easily winded. But then again I have been horse back riding since I was five and never heard of anyone effected by their asthma during it.
