Considering a nose job... consultation advice and any personal experiences?

I've been considering a nose job for some time now, and this June i have two weeks booked off work for either a holiday or something. I thought it would be a good time to book to finally get the nose job done! I have always been a bit off put about the idea of it not turning out how i wanted or it making me look weird! It's slightly crooked at the moment and overall i just don't like the shape at all from the side though people keep telling me it's fine. If i went for a nose job in the uk I would like to have the close to the best but I can't really stretch past 5k. Is this a reasonable figure? I'm looking at harley medical and MYA, does anyone know at the consultations whether or not they create an image of what you should look like after the operation? I know it may seem a bit silly but in America they all seem to but so many people who I know that have had one in the UK, were not given this option... i find this quite shocking!
