How to find free advice for an internet business?

There are lots of non-profits & gov. agencies that offer free business advice like the SBA that is staffed by retired businessmen. A couple of years ago I went to free business seminars and got free one-on-one consultations from a university that offered it through their marketing program, although I moved since then. How can I find some org. that offers this kind of help? Besides the fact that it was free or $10 for a seminar, you got to sit down with a live person, and have follow up meetings--I'd much rather do that then communicate with a stranger from who knows where.
