What's a juglone-proof full sun zone 5 tree that won't interfere with electric wires 15 ft. pverhead?

The tree will go in a corner, so ultimate spread determines how far from the corner it gets planted. The nearby black walnut was cut down this year, but the roots haven't rotted yet. Drainage has not been a problem in that spot.
