Will there be a timesplitters 4?

It would be so refreshing to have an Fps that doesn't take itself seriously and isn't a military shooter. I loved the other time splitters games, they were(still are) so much fun, they are the only games where you can be a cactus, a mob boss, a clown, a cyborg monkey and many more. It would just be a blast to play online.
