Is all the tripods has the same head?

All tripods have the same size screw to attach to the camera. However, there are a number of different types of heads - one that is just fixed, ad ball and socket head enabling the camera to be moved and the pan and tilt head, first designed for movie cameras, which enable the camera to be easily moved in different planes. I haven't looked at you picture, because I cannot be bothered to cut and paste the address. You would make life far easier for those answering questions if you learned to paste a hyperlink.
