Please help, what do YOU think ??

okay, well, tomorrow is going to be 16 degrees celsius in the morning, cloudy and rainy, and in the afternoon its gona be 25, and thts just a little big warmer than today and i wore jeans today and i was fine. i was wondering, would i be okay with wearing skinny jeans, flats& a quarter length sleeve sweater with a black cami underneath ?? i'm not sure .. i think it will be alright, sinse today was 22, and i wore jeans and i wasnt hot and i wore a short sleeve and i was actually a bit cool .. what do you think ? also, about a month ago, i tod my mom i needed a bra, and so we went and got a few. but, i dont know how to tell my step mom. me and my mom are closer, so it was kinda easy to tell my mom, but its different with em and my stepmom. we arent as close. but i wanna tell her so i dont feel guilty for not telling her. & im not sure if my mom told her already .. she mighta forgot .. how should i tell my stepmmom ?? plzz help ! thnx ! xoxo, megg <3
