Can Judgment be Remove from Public Record by Creditor?

While being paid, no. After it is paid, absolutely. Any delinquent account belongs on your credit history & it will stay there. You should, though, when negotiating with your collector, demand, IN WRITING, a promise from the company they will remove the mark when the bill is paid. They will throw the stipulation on that you pay as agreed, every month, never late & don't miss a month or the entre agreement (including the payment amount if they want to be jerks) is null & void. Be careful what you ask for, it may bite you in the end!
