How to I fix the white noise coming from my subwoofer?

There is a constant humming coming from my SW, and i cant pinpoint what it is. The hum goes away when i disconnect the cable at the SW end and leave it in the AMP, but it stays when i keep it plugged it into the SW and unplug it from the amp. i tried tweaking volumes on my amp to no avail. No. The airlines couldn't afford it, #1 and each airline would have to coordinate and abide by the TSA guidelines and I think there would be too much of a danger that they wouldn't be as careful as the TSA. They'd probably be working at minimum wage and would be too blase about security.

Could my Iguanas growth be stunted?

I got my iguana about 2 years ago. He is now 3 or 4 years old. The problem is that he is only about 2 1/2 foot long. He hasn't grown any sense i have had him, and i haven't actually been keeping him fed right or in the correct tempature. I just built and outdoor cage though, and sense this, it has became bright orange instead of its usual greenish grey coloration and is a lot more muscular.And it does eat right now and is always in perfect temperature.. Yet the length hasn't change? Has it stopped growing?

My 1989 Ford Bronco II sometimes won't shift to overdrive and won't go reverse?

I was driving one morning to work and I was caught by the traffic on the freeway. When the traffic cleared out, I sped up but my gears (automatic) stayed on 3rd gear running 55mph @ 3500-4000 rpm. I can hear the engine roaring so I had to go to the slowest lane to get me to work. When I got to work and park, I put the lever to reverse yet I had to step a little harder on the gas pedal and the gear would jerk and go reverse. When I went home, overdrive and reverse were running good again. I took it to AAMCO the very next day and found nothing wrong with the . I even had it serviced just to make sure. For about another week that the truck was running good, it did occur again on the freeway and I was so sure by the time I got to my destination, the reverse gear didn't work; and it was. Some say the problem could be the sensor module or could be the vac something.... Any ideas or clues what could be causing the overdrive suddenly won't work and same time affecting the reverse gear to not work. Any help would be helpful. Thank you.

Yes, animal spirits do exsist too. I had a German Shepherd once that use to always scratch at the back door when he wanted in at night before we all went to bed. What happened to me?

So on sunday i was at the beach and got a little burnt...not bad at all. I was fine for 2 days and i thought it was pretty much gone, but last night (tuesday) i got really really really itchy everywhere and i couldn't stop it...it was pretty much to the point where i wanted to tear my skin off. I tried jumping in a really cold shower but it did nothing so i filled the bath with cold water and submerged myself...again it didnt help. I got out and put aloe vera lotion on it but that didn't help either so i went and told my mom and she said i had a bunch of white bumps on my back so she ran to the store to get benodryl and aveeno while i jumped back in the bath. After about an hour of sitting in cold aveeno water and taking benodryl the itching stopped. Anyone know what happened? did i have an allergic reaction or something? I only itched where my sunburn was

ok so i have 2 female degus, roughly 2-3 years old. i have had these degus over a year now and while living with me they have been fed a diet of Pets at home guinea pig nuggets which i am told is the best food for them, they recieve next to no sugar, maybe just a bit of banana less than once a month. they only have treats that are suitable for degus, such as herb mixes and wheat based treats. i check my degus every night before bed and so tonight i was shocked to find the girl who is usually the bossiest and steals all the food looking very skinny. she let me scoop her out of the cage with barely any struggle at all (unusual) shes normally very curious and jumps onto ur hand but too fast to scoop up. her teeth look fine and normal to me but she has the look of a generally poorly goo and i dont know what it could be, obviously im going to book her in at the vets but any info/ suggestions would also be appreciated, i have syringed her a bit of probiotic water in hopes this will perk her up and have seen her having a munch on a bit of her herb salad but shes nott herself

I've been considering a nose job for some time now, and this June i have two weeks booked off work for either a holiday or something. Discomfort under left rib cage....?

For the past few days i been feeling more and more congested. Its mostly feeling it in my throat. Which i been having for awhile now. But tonight i been having major issues. Throughout the day i would get a sharp pain in the left side of my chest.....it would come and go and didn't last very long at all. Then as I'm sitting down i start to get this discomfort right under the lower left side of my rib cage. It felt like pressure. My wife says it was gas but it had me worried cause i know around that area is you lungs. My question is, with the weather change from going hot to cold. Could i have a bad cold, pneumonia. I do have a history of bad reflux. I mean to me it could be any of them three. All i know is after i felt that pressure i started to cough a lot and started to cough up Phlegm it wasn't a yellow color or green. After awhile coughed so much i started to have a acid taste in my throat. But my reflux has never caused discomfort under my rib cage like that before. So i guess I'm just asking for people opinions cause I'm really worried. Could it be a combo of both reflux and being sick. Or can reflux really do that to you. Any help on the matter would be appreciated.

Well you need to know the basics on how to ollie/pop off in the air a little. Id suggest going on really low, flat and wide boxes to just get the feel of sliding across the surface. Dont make any sudden jerks when 'sliding' across because your board will slip from out under you and it wont be pleasant. When you're comfortable with those, go ahead and try small jumps or higher boxes, etc etc. Just practice!

Since it has now been more than six months, you would show positive now. You do not have to sign anything to get an HIV test done. You have to sign things if it is positive, or if you wish the doctor to release the results of that test to another doctor. You must specify each and every single thing you wish disclosed, or the old doctor can't give it out. It sounds like he actually abided by the law ,rather than broke it.

Ex was ordered to pay me child support for our 2 kids. actually, yes it is. my friend and i recently bought those wetsuits (he bought the mutant, i bought the psycho 2) and although they are the same thickness, we later noticed that mine has that zip zen thing (which is like an extra layer for your back on the inside the wetsuit) so its a little bit better than the mutant but they are both great wetsuits. BUT, after watching my friend trying to get out of his suit the other day, the mutant seems like a pain to get in and out of, and it definitely made me happy that i payed a little bit more for mine haha! i love it.

Ok i have 2 tanks, i have a couple fish, and 4 aquatic frogs, the water is cloudy why?

this has been a problem for a couple days, the water is cloudy, and there is about an inch of foam at the top, which goes away if u put ur finger in it, tthe other tank is just starting to get cloudy, will my fish and frogs die or is there something i can do to stop this before they do, should i 1 cycle one tank, then add the fish then cycle the other and add the proper fish to that tank? or anyone have any other suggestions?

The pain is getting worse (feels achey, weak and pinchy) and is widespread on my lower leg and even radiates to my knee and ankle. My lower back is also bothering me which makes me think it might be a nerve issue? I do not think this is shin splints because the back of my legs hurt as well. I have been very tired lately also. Ok, so I have been a Pearian for 10 days. This weekend, I went to visit my aunt and uncle. My family doesn't know that I am a Pearian (so many things have been going on) and wh I arrived at my aunt and uncle's house I ceased to tell them that I was one either. So the meals consisted of meat, and when I thought it would be rude to refuse to eat it, and besides, I was really hungry. On the first day I ate a ham (deli meat) sandwich, 1 pizza with pepperoni, and a hamburger. After the ham sandwich, my stomach was messed up and throughout the weekend (as I continued to eat more and more meat) it stayed the same. My stomach even got bigger! I eat a lot, and before I became a Pearian I ate a lot and my stomach never got big. I ate meat for 3 days and today is my first day back on track. Is it possible for my body to become immune to not eating meat for only 10 days! And is my body retaliating by increasing the size of my stomach and the discomfort within? What is going on?

I think my dad hates me?

I'm 15 and up until now, my dad has always been really strict with me. Is it just me who think that kids should be slapped to make them behave, to make them think twice about trying to be one of those bullying little a*seholes. I'm 14 so this rule would apply to me too, but I'm sick of being a teenanger and being stereo typed as one of those stupid idiots. Not all teens are thick enough to carry knives and go around mugging for the fun of it. My dad used to slap me, my brother and my sister and we all turned out alright enough to know how to respect other people. Those old punishments used in schools in countries like India and Kenya help stop children misbehaving and doing stuff wrong. Why not use them here? Or are we just going to complain about these minority of kids and do nothing until it spreads into the rest of us. If people complain that they don't want to be slapped, they could just behave to stop it from happening. It's not about rights, it's about common sense.

Deodorant problems, really annoying?

Insurance Claim, complaints?

How would I address a complaint with a very poor offer from a legitimate insurance claim? My house was hit by lighting and the roof was damaged. I contacted a roofing contractor and received an estimate as the insurance asked me to do. The estimate was just over 7 thousand dollars. The insurance company is offering me just 3 thousand dollars. They state that the roof shingles have too much wear and tear and that the THREE leaks are from that wear and tear, not the lighting strike. HELP! Black Mold found in our home... will insurance cover any part of removing it?! (details)....?

My family and i were always getting sick and have had bad allergies in this home we have had for several years. We figured its just bad allergies, but we decided to do a mold test. Well we put the kit in the basement and it came back positive.. with having a considerate amount of mold in the air! We figured since its an older home we cleaned the basement all down with bleach (thinking maybe the basement was just dirty).. waited a couple weeks.. and tested again. It was still positive with a considerate amount of mold... we decided to look further into it and my husband busted up part of the block foundation in the basement that was painted.. there was gaps in it will black mold all in the crevices and all under the painted block. (We ume the previous homeowners just painted over it to cover it up to be sold) Well, NOW what do we do.. we do not have the money to remove or even drywall and cover up all the block and seal it off... will insurance do anything about this!? or are we just screwed and going to remain sick all the time?? We run dehumidifiers down there to help dry it out, but we also live in a wet and damp climate area... plus the dehumidifiers are not helping with us upstairs and have caused many other issues with our skin and dry air upstairs.

Brief blindness after rubbing eyes?

OK this may seem like a stupid question but no matter how I phrased it I couldn't find any links to a similar question through a Google search. Anyway...when I rub my eyes for the first time after not bothering them for a while there is a brief blindness that follows where my eyes are wide open yet I see nothing...but it quickly fades within about 5 seconds and the vision comes back in a sort of fuzzy fading in from the center all the way out to the peripheral. Does anyone know precisely why this happens or am I a freak and it only happens to me? I keep trying to run and I feel like its not getting any easier. I went to the park to jog a mile yesterday and almost died. I pushed myself to try to jog slowly most of the mile and I tried to control my breathing. It was chilly out, in the 50s, and my lungs started to hurt SO bad. I'm 19 years old, and this past summer I had a diagnostic laparoscopy during which they removed endometrial tissue from 5 different places in my abdominal cavity. The anesthesiologist never mentioned the possibility of me needing this beforehand, but during the surgery they did a uterine ablation. I just heard from my cousin that they gave her uterine ablation as an alternative to a hysterectomy to render her infertile, because it can prevent a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterus. Does this mean that the uterine ablation (which I did NOT consent to) might affect my fertility?

I cannot find the application to apply for HR Block Emerald Card Advance line of credit that I qualify for, it is not on the web site. I understand if I met the qualifications, I would be able to apply for a line of credit. Well it has been five months since I opened the account and I cannot seem to get any cooperation from HR Block Bank, except them telling me I qualify. The web site offers no application or number to call. The number I got from customer service was just a recording about the advance. Problem with neighbor: torrents of loud profanity while on cellphone?

I have a neighbor, an elderly woman, who allows her daughter to live in her garage. The daughter has been making the garage residence home to her nephew, a young man about 22 yo, who has a habit of walking up and down the sidewalk in the neighborhood, speaking on his cellphone, basically vomiting out torrents of profanity. At times every other word is f*** or n****** or sh**, you get the picture. This is disturbing to listen to when I'm out in front watering the plants, however he speaks so loudly that I can easily hear him from most anywhere in my house. I've spoken to him half a dozen times asking him not to do this, but he ignores me. I've spoken to his aunt and she says she has asked him not to do this, all to no avail. He and his aunt have about 5 cars they park on the street, all wired with car alarms which go off at the slightest rumble, as well as every morning about 6:30am when he goes to fire up one of the jalopies. He has cussed out two of the other neighbors on the street who tried to talk to him about his behavior. I asked the police about this, they say nothing he's doing is a crime but they suggest that I have no contact with him ("because you don't know what he's capable of")and call them to talk to him. They say they can investigate him and see if there is anything they can follow up on. I don't think the man is a criminal, he just behaves disrespectfully and very inconsiderately. Problem is, in my city there is a lot of crime and not enough police so it can take hours for them to respond to a low-priority call, which this would be, by which time the young man is probably off the phone or gone. What would you do (or not do) about this? Ideas?

Why doesn't the heat in my car work properly?

The heat in my car WORKS, but it it only comes out hot when I put it on to blow in your face. When I put it on for face/feet, just feet, or feet and defrost, it does not come out hot near my feet, and I'm not really sure if any air is coming through at all. Dianette Pill, periods suddenly stopped?

I have been taking dianette for almost a year, and the last 2 months my period seems to have suddenly stopped. I took it before that with no problem, regular as clockwork and had my period bang on time. Anybody ever take Levaquin?

Recently I was diagonosed with Colitis, an infection in the colon. The doctor prescribed me some antibotics and one of them was Levaquin. On day five of taking the Levaquin, I felt my throat closing up and my heart racing. I almost called an ambulance, I felt like I was going into cardiac arrest or something. I called and the doctor said to stop taking the Levaquin; that I was allergic to it. Well, I did more research on this drug and found it to be banned in many countries (I'm from the US) and that people could have deadly allergic reactions to it. I just can't fathom why I was put on this drug, especially since I'm young (25) and rarely ever sick. Has anybody else had a bad reaction from this antibiotic?

I reformatted my desktop computer and installed Windows XP Pro, subsequently I installed the network card adapter driver (that I got from the manufacturer's website, Dynex PCI 10/100 Network Adapter), yet the "Local Area Connection" does NOT appear....I only see the "1394 Connection". Also I checked my device manager and I do have the yellow question mark beside "Ethernet Controller", but I do not understand this for I installed the network card driver. Please help. Thank you

Pure rock bands? what do you think?

i think hoobastank and rise against are the best pure rock bands there are. they hail from radically different backgrounds and minor influences, but that dosen't matter. one has kick live performances, but never gets on the radio, the other has sucky live performances, but has some radio hits under their belt. one comes from screaming punk, and made it more layered and developed and took just a little of the edge off it. the other came from bland radio rock and simplfied it and added an edge. you can diss them, but i think they are both pure rock and are both great. what do you like? what else might i like?

You need to talk to a doctor about that. You can do Yoga and Pilates, they are less strenuous and are used to tone muscle. But I would talk to your doctor before starting any exercise because of your severe asthma. Depending on what Yoga you shouldn't get easily winded. But then again I have been horse back riding since I was five and never heard of anyone effected by their asthma during it.

I dyed my hair for the first time last night. My hair was a medium/dark brown. I was trying to dye it a burgundy/purple color and it went red. So, my hair is like a red on top but kinda brown on the bottom. I am not too happy with this color so I would like to go back to a dark brown. You need to keep the hutch clean and check several times a day you rabbit rear end is not dirty. I always clean the dirty bedding out of my rabbit twice a day. If your rabbit get a dirty bottom you need to clean it as flystrike can happen quick. You could also hang fly paper in the shed to help.
